In August 2015, Pastor Ballard founded United Christian Center San Antonio under the ecclesiastical covering and support of Bishop Terrence Carr, Pastor United Christian Center, Okinawa, Japan.

Pastor Ballard is a native of Pocomoke City, Maryland by way of Miami, Florida. He and his lovely wife, Felita Ballard, have 6 wonderful children who have blessed their lives tremendously! Pastor Ballard retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years
of dedicated service and is a graduate of Liberty University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Theological Studies.

Throughout their years of travel, Pastor served faithfully as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Worship Leader and Minister of Music. Pastor Ballard answered the call to ministry and was licensed in June 2002 and was subsequently ordained in September 2004.
